Dall Energy acquires Weiss France Énergie & Biomasse Services et Maintenance
In October 2024, the French companies Weiss France Énergie and BSM became a part of Dall Energy. They will continue to operate as separate companies, but significant synergies are in store. Weiss and Dall Energy will also work with the Eiffel Investment Group to combat climate change and phase out fossil fuels.

Record-breaking contract with Coriance/Caen la Mer, Energie Verte
Dall Energy signed a contract with Coriance/Caen la Mer for 4 biomass plants as part of the city of Caen's expansion of its district heating network.

Contract with Engie Solutions & Amiens Energies
In October 2023, Dall Energy and Engie Solutions signed a contract for a 14 MW district heating plant in the northern French city of Amiens.

New French investor invests 10 million EUR in Dall Energy
Eiffel Essentiel is a growth private equity fund and a part of Eiffel Investment Group. In the Spring of 2023, Dall Energy secured an investment of 10 million EUR. Eiffel Investment Group's mission is to invest in sustainable projects that create a better world.
Contract with Silkeborg Forsyning
Dall Energy signed a contract with Silkeborg Forsyning for a biomass plant that will work in combination with a heat pump and a solar plant.

Contract with Clairefontaine
January marked a contract with the paper group Clairefontaine for a plant that makes damp process.

Contract with Coriance
In December 2021, Dall Energy signed a contract with Groupe Coriance on the construction of a heating plant in the town of Salon de Provence in the South of France.

First Fire in Sorø
The Sorø plant has a capacity of 12 MW heat and approximately 1 MW electricity. The plant runs on 100% garden and park waste from the local area, but can also use a wide range of other fuels, such as wood chips and bark.

La Petite Bouverie is opened
Dall Energy's entry into the French market was marked by the opening of a 20 MW heating plant in the city of Rouen, the capital of the Normandy region. The customer is Dalkia, a French industrial giant specializing in the expansion of renewable energy.

Dall Energy is the 4th fastest growing energy company in the world
The Financial Times ranked the 1000 fastest growing European companies. Dall Energy was number 68 out of the 1000, and number 4 in the “Energy” category. Dall Energy was also the highest ranked Danish company.

Gazelle Award 2019
Dall Energy received the prestigious Gazelle Award in Copenhagen for being number 32 among the 2,000 fastest growing companies in Denmark.

🏭 Sindal Kraftvarmeværk
6 MW CHP plant in turnkey contract. Complete CHP plant in Sindal was put into commercial operation.

★ Blue Tech Award
Dall Energy's gasification furnace was chosen as the winning design for the Blue Tech Award for a future technology with the potential to reduce pollution in China. The award ceremony took place in Beijing on December 14, 2017.

🏭 Warwick Mills, USA
Dall's first foray into the international market was launched with the delivery of our biomass furnace for industrial production at the Warwick Mills factory in New Hampshire, USA. The furnace served two key purposes in the factory facility with its reduction of air pollution and production of steam for the industrial process.
Sønderborg Fjernvarmeværk
10 MW biomass central in Sønderborg was put in to commercial service.

🏭 Bogense Fjernvarmeværk
The first Dall Energy biomass gasification furnace was integrated and put in to commercial service at Bogense Fjernvarmeværk.

★ The Clean Tech Price
Dall Energy was awarded the Clean Tech Award by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency in recognition of their technology for more environmentally friendly production of renewable energy.

★ The European Inventor Award
At a ceremony in Budapest on May 19th, 2011, Jens Dall was presented with the highest award as Inventor of the Year in Europe. The award ceremony took place at the European Patent Office in recognition of the patented biomass gasification solution.
★ Innovation Award at Expobioenergía
Dall Energy was presented with the Innovation Award at Expobioenergía in Valladolid, Spain. The nomination was in the category “medium and large-scale biomass projects” for the invention of Dall Energy's gasification furnace.

Dall Energy is founded
Jens Dall cracked the code on how to combust moist biomass with low emissions. He founded Dall Energy to bring the new biomass technologies to market.
