We are pleased to welcome Carsten Pustelnik as Interim Managing Director of Dall Energy, effective 1 October 2026.

With Carsten Pustelnik joining as Interim Managing Director, Dall Energy is strengthening its operational leadership as we continue to focus on strong project execution, customer delivery and implementation of our strategic priorities.

Carsten brings extensive leadership experience from international industrial and project-based businesses, including senior roles at GEA Process Engineering, BWSC, and FLSmidth. His background spans operations, project sales, service, and full P&L responsibility.

A chemical engineer by training, Carsten combines deep industrial insight with extensive experience leading complex project organizations through growth and change.

Carsten succeeds Jørgen Ballermann, who stepped down as Group CEO & Managing Director effective 28 September 2026 following a mutual agreement between the Board and Jørgen. We thank Jørgen for his contribution and wish him all the best.
