Newsletter

We have a newsletter that you can subscribe to voluntarily, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribers emails with new information from the company, which may include new content on the website or announcements of our services.

We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent. Initially, you will need to provide your email address, which we will then send a confirmation email to, allowing you to confirm your subscription. This ensures that you have genuinely subscribed to the newsletter, i.e., given active consent.

We will process your personal data as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. Upon unsubscribing from the newsletter, we will also stop sending it to you. If we have not sent you a newsletter for 1 year, your consent will expire due to our inactivity.

Upon unsubscribing from the newsletter, we will retain your previous consent for 2 years after its last use due to limitation requirements in accordance with the Consumer Ombudsman's spam guidelines, section 11.3.

Accounting

We are required to keep all accounting records in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act. This means that we retain invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These documents may contain common personal data such as name, address, and a description of the services.

Our legal basis for processing personal data for accounting purposes is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

We retain this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the current financial year.

Job Applications

To protect your personal data and ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we kindly ask that you do not send your CVs and other application documents via email.
