La Petite Bouverie, heating plant
- Our first plant in France.
-
Dall Energy was chosen by Dalkia due to our unique technology and turnkey solution.
-
The technology for the plant in France consisted of our biomass furnace and a hot water boiler that meets the strict emission and air pollution requirements of the city of Rouen.
-
The plant uses biomass fuels such as crushed pallets, bark and wood chips.
-
The biomass furnace guaranties a high combustion flexibility, 95% less dust emissions, Reduction of Co and Nox and a limited amount of residual material in the form of pure ash.
-
The project has received funding from the EU’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program.
CEO for technology and big projects at Dalkia for the northwest region of France, Denis Bobillier, (Directeur Technique et Grands Projets, Dalkia, region Nord-Ouest) talks about their choice of Dall Energy’s technology in the video:
Dalkia was inspired to further explore Dall Energy's technology following a research trip to Denmark. The company quickly returned to Denmark to further explore Dall Energy’s technology. Dalkia first examined the installations and the functions of the technology. Samples of biomass from the Rouen region were subsequently tested as combustibles for Dall Energy’s technology.
"It is excellent technology and we are satisfied with the benefits of its functions and we plan to use the technology on new project"
