Dall Energy acquires Weiss France Énergie and Biomasse Services et Maintenance from Groupe Roullier

Dall Energy has just acquired the French market leader in biomass technology, Weiss France Énergie, and its subsidiary Biomasse Services et Maintenance (BSM) from Groupe Roullier. Weiss and Dall Energy will work closely together from now on to mitigate climate change and the phasing out of fossil fuels such as coal and gas.

Dall Energy continues their French export adventure as the energy giant ENGIE Solutions has selected the company and its unique gasification technology for a new 14 MW district heating plant in the in the northern French city of Amiens. Dall Energy gets a new investor from France

Dall Energy secures an investment of nearly 80 millon DKK from the French investor Eiffel Essentiel. The investment comes from Eiffel Investment Groups's energy transition focused private equity unity. The investment is a part of an initiative to strengthen growth in Europe and continued innovation.

The country's first heating plant based on local garden waste is now open

Dall Energy has closed its biggest deal to date for a triple digit million sum. The French company Clairefontaine selected Dall Energy due to its unique gasification technology which will contribute to the green transition of the company's paper production.
